To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, iqq77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the iqq77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, or interruption of service.
iqq77's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the iqq77 Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
iqq77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While iqq77 endeavours to maintain continuous service, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accept no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
